This workshop will demystify and deconstruct the topic of “executive presence” in a way that will help anyone increase their impact and effectiveness. In addition to gaining a deeper understanding of the key elements, skills, and behaviors associated with presence and impact, participants will walk away with several concrete tips, techniques, and approaches to common workplace situations.


This engaging workshop will tackle some tricky workplace situations, such as:

  • How to ensure your ideas and contributions are heard
  • Dealing with repeated interruptions
  • Using your voice and body language to convey confidence and gravitas
  • Avoiding classic gender-based habits that do not serve you
  • Ways to disagree without being disagreeable

About Amy

Amy Dunn is a leadership facilitator, coach, and consultant. She leverages her experience and evidence-based training, coaching, and assessments to optimize talent and performance at the individual, team, and organizational level. Prior to becoming a consultant and coach, Dunn had a successful career as a Human Resources leader in companies such as United Health Group and Travelers Insurance.
