The Power of Transitions
Heather Currier Hunt, Perkins&Will
When you think of the transitions you have experienced in your life and career, do they elicit happy memories or painful ones? Transitions can be hard! They can also be beautiful. Because of the challenges so often associated with change and transitional times of life, we tend to rush through them. Sometimes because we want them to be over and sometimes because of external forces that demand speed. But by rushing through the distinct phases of transitions that each have lessons to teach, we may be robbing ourselves of the wisdom only transitions can teach us.
Join Heather Currier Hunt for this two-hour workshop where we will share stories, learn a framework to understand what transitions are, and leave with a roadmap for transition planning that demonstrates these tricky moments can be creative and powerful periods of growth in our leadership and lives.
